An electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware in my triple room were a very thoughtful addition. Had very central location close to the beach. I found nice L'ostellino by accident, it was not very far from the hotel.

The accommodation had a very central location right in the center. The room exceeded all expectations, it was fantastic and clean with snacks, kettle, for example.

The location was superb, just a quick walk from the port. I appreciated the proximity to local restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room felt fresh and clean, matching the photos exactly. Paolo, the host, was helpful, ensuring all our needs were met and going out of his way to help with transportation. The shower experience with the waterfall feature was a good surprise. I did notice that the room lacked personal touches in decor, feel a bit sterile. A bit more warmth would enhance the overall atmosphere. Despite that, the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep before the cruise.

Excellent and favourable location, only 10 minutes walk from the center. Immaculately clean and absolutely fantastic room with snacks, water bottles and kettle, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety;)))

The location was perfect for grabbing a bite and exploring Civitavecchia. Paolo, our host, were very good-picking us up from the car rental and even helping us board our cruise. Plus, the clean, comfy room was just the icing on the cake!

The location is convenient, just a short walk to the port.
I found the lack of decor in the room slightly disheartening. An added personal touch could enhance the atmosphere. I really missed having a smart TV for streaming, as it would have made our evenings more enjoyable after long days of touring. The bright white walls felt a bit too sterile, lacking the warmth that could.
